Welcome back Message 2024-2025
Dear Holy Trinity Catholic School Community,
It is with great pride and excitement that I write this letter to you as the incoming Principal of Holy Trinity Catholic School. I am honoured to serve the Holy Trinity Catholic School community this year as principal.
On behalf of the Holy Trinity staff and student community I want to welcome you to Holy Trinity Catholic School in Olds, AB a part of the Red Deer Catholic Regional School Division.
At Holy Trinity we believe that every student can achieve and succeed in a safe, caring, supportive, welcoming, kind and encouraging environment. Throughout the year students work diligently to achieve academic goals with support from parents, teachers, and staff who work hard to provide them with tools and skills needed to be innovators, problem-solvers and contributing members of society. Fostering strong and positive relationships with home, school and community will support our students in achieving the fullest extent of their talents.
Holy Trinity school has a strong reputation for continually enhancing both knowledge and practice in order to meet the needs of the students we serve. We believe in a collaborative approach to instruction which includes working in partnership with all team members to provide students with the support and guidance they need.
We are proud to be a part of the Red Deer Catholic Regional School Division honouring their commitment to “...supporting inclusive communities that foster care and compassion of students, families and staff with a complete offering of learning opportunities delivered within the context of Catholic teachings and tradition, and within the means of the Division” (RDCRS, 2024). With its rich history of first student enrollment on October 21, 1908, RDCRS is committed to educating the “...whole child… helping students develop spiritually, intellectually, emotionally, socially and physically”, while making the teachings of Christ known to children (RDCRS, 2024).
